摘要
针对超辐射发光二极管(Superluminescent Diode, SLD)光源输出光功率稳定性的需求, 用有限元分析方法分析了SLD光源组件内部导体组的分布电容矩阵及电场耦合情况; 通过电场耦合模型研究发现温控电路带来的干扰通过分布电容耦合到恒流回路中, 影响输出光功率的稳定性; 将制冷器接地可减小分布电容, 改进恒温电路的驱动方式可减小交流分量的干扰, 从而减小电场耦合对输出光功率的影响。
Abstract
In order to meet the requirement of the stability of the output luminous power of superluminescent diode(SLD), the distributed capacitance matrix and electric field coupling of the inner conductor group of SLD were analyzed by finite element method. By studying the electric coupling model, it is found that the interference caused by temperature control circuit is coupled to the constant current circuit through the distributed capacitance, which affects the stability of the output luminous power; the grounding of the refrigeration chip can reduce the influence of distributed capacitanc, and improved driving mode of temperature control circuit, the interference of AC component can be reduced, thus the influence of electric field coupling on output optical power can be reduced.
