基于C#和FBGA桥梁应变监测解调系统的实现

摘要
搭建了一种基于C#和光纤光栅分析仪(FBGA)的应变监测解调系统平台, 并在此基础上进行光纤布拉格光栅传感器(FBG)桥梁应变监测实验, 证实了该解调系统的可行性。该系统以FBGA解调模块为核心, 采用C#语言编写相关解调程序。以简支梁桥为实验对象, 进行ANSYS有限元分析, 并结合桥梁运营状况进行传感器布设, 采集应变数据。实验结果表明: 该应变监测解调系统能快速有效地进行波长动态解调, 响应时间小于0.5 s, 应变监测波峰明显, 分辨率为0.1[με]; 实测数据漂移量小, 系统稳定可靠, 可用于长期监测。
Abstract
A strain monitoring and demodulation system platform based on C# and fiber Bragg grating analyzer (FBGA) is built. Based on this, the fiber Bragg grating sensor (FBG) bridge strain monitoring experiment is carried out, and the feasibility of the demodulation system is verified. The FBGA demodulation module is used as the core in this system, and the C# language is used to write the relevant demodulation program. Taking the simply supported beam bridge as the experimental object, the ANSYS finite element analysis is carried out, and the sensor layout is carried out in combination with the bridge operation status to collect the strain data. Experimental results show that the strain monitoring demodulation system can perform wavelength dynamic demodulation quickly and effectively, the response time is less than 0.5 s, the strain monitoring peak is obvious, the resolution is 0.1 με. The measured data drift is small, and the system is stable and reliable. It can be used for long-term monitoring.
