摘要
研制了一种分光光度计, 其具有结构小、波段范围宽、分辨率高等特点, 并基于该分光光度计搭建了一套多参数水质在线分析系统, 通过对总磷、总氮、氨氮各标准溶液的吸光度值的测量, 得到了该分析系统中总磷参数分析模块的准确度为-3.405%, 重复性为1.080%, 总氮参数分析模块的准确度为3.462%, 重复性为1.625%, 氨氮参数分析模块的准确度为0.847%, 重复性为0.809%, 均满足相关标准中规定的计量要求。结果表明该分光光度计能够满足多参数水质在线分析测量系统的应用需求, 实现了多参数一体化以及水质检测的实时化、快速化、自动化、便携化。
Abstract
A high resolution wide-spectral micro-spectrophotometer is developed in this paper. An online multi-parameter water quality monitoring system is set up based on the proposed spectrophotometer. Standard solutions of total-nitrigeon, total phosphorus and ammonia are prepared to evalute the performance of the system. Experiment results show that the system achives an accuracy of 3.405%, 3.462% and 0.847% for total phosphorus, total nitrogen and ammonia determination respectively. Meantime the repeatability of the system for total phosphorus, total nitrogen and ammonia determination is being 1.080%, 1.625% and 0.809% respectively. The results show that this spectrophotometer can meet the application requirements of the online multi-parameter water quality monitoring system, which successfully realizes multi-parameter integration and real-time, rapid, automated, portable for water quality monitoring.
