开关磁阻电机温度场分析中模型网格划分方法
Model Mesh Division Method in Temperature Field Analysis of Switched Reluctance Motor
摘要
针对开关磁阻电机温度场分析中模型网格划分对分析结果造成的影响, 提出一种变密度网格划分方法。首先建立开关磁阻电机的有限元模型, 然后针对其主要发热部件电机绕组采用六面体变密度网格划分, 其余部件采用自动网格划分, 并在此基础上进行了相应的有限元温度场分析, 同时与采用传统四面体自动网格划分方法作了对比研究, 最后通过实验对上述变密度网格划分方法作了进一步的实验验证, 结果表明: 所提出的变密度网格方法有效提高了开关磁阻电机温度场分析的准确性, 因而具有较好的应用价值。
Abstract
In this study, a variable density meshing method, which focuses on the influence of meshing on the analysis results in temperature field analyses of a switched reluctance motor, is proposed. First, a finite element model of a switched reluctance motor is established. A hexahedron variable density mesh is used for the main heating components, and tetrahedral automatic meshing is used for the secondary components according to the requirements of the different heating components and the temperature field analyses of the switched reluctance motor. The entire meshing reluctance motor is analyzed using an automatic meshing method. Finally, the experimental results of the variable density meshing method are verified by experiments. The results show that the proposed variable density mesh method is effectively improved. Furthermore, the accuracy of the temperature field analysis of the switched reluctance motor has an acceptable application value.
