纳米石墨基烟幕材料的遮蔽干扰特性研究

摘要
开发能够一剂化实现可见光、红外遮蔽干扰的发烟剂具有重要意义。基于富碳型发烟剂体系, 设计制备了纳米石墨基烟幕材料, 依靠燃烧过程的产气将纳米石墨分散至烟幕, 与炭黑等燃烧产物配合, 实现对可见光、红外的高效遮蔽干扰。通过与不含纳米石墨的发烟剂对比, 发现纳米石墨是该类发烟剂优异消光性能的关键来源。此外, 分析了纳米石墨高效消光的可能原因。该类发烟剂在无源干扰领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Abstract
It is of great significance to develop a smoke agent with multi-spectral interference effect in visible and infrared bands. Nano-graphite based smoke screen material is designed and prepared in carbon-rich type. And nano-graphite can be dispersed to form smoke screen powered by combustion gas, which cooperates with carbon black and other combustion products to realize efficient interference to visible and infrared light. Comparing with the smoke agent without nano-graphite, it is found that nano-graphite is a key source of the excellent extinction performance of the prepared smoke agents. Moreover, potential reasons of efficient extinction properties of nano-graphite are proposed. The smoke agent has wide applications in passive interference field.
