数控车床主轴热特性测试分析

摘要
电液控制系统在采煤自动化系统中是必不可少的关键子系统, 其中的重要元件阀芯的生产对加工工艺提出了高精度、高可靠的要求。数控车床的加工是阀芯加工的关键工序, 对这一关键工序的改进可以有效提高加工的精度, 因为数控车床在进行车削加工过程中, 主轴高速旋转, 与轴承之间摩擦会产生大量的热量, 热量急剧上升会造成数控车床在加工过程中位移的偏差。实验以CAK3675经济型数控车床为研究对象, 利用米铱激光三角测量仪和FLIR 红外热像仪对其主轴系统进行高精度测量, 最后从实验结果中得到重要结论, 由于前后轴承位置温升值各不相同, 使得主轴箱前后位置温升不同, 从而导致热变形有相对差异, 产生误差。
Abstract
The electro-hydraulic control system is an indispensable key subsystem in the coal mining automation system. The production of valve core, one of the important components, requires high precision and reliability in processing technology. Computer numerical control (CNC) lathe processing is the key process of valve core processing. The improvement of this key process can greatly improve the accuracy of processing. During the turning process, the spindle is in a high-speed rotation, friction between bearings will produce a lot of heat, sharp heat rising will cause CNC lathe displacement deviation. This experiment takes CAK3675 economical CNC lathe as the research object. The high precision measurement of the spindle system is carried out by the iridium laser triangulation instrument and a FLIR infrared thermal imager. And important conclusions are drawn from the experimental results. Because the temperature rising of the front and rear bearing positions is different, the temperature rising of the front and rear position of the spindle box is different, which leads to the relative difference of thermal deformation and error.
