在TFT-LCD工艺制作过程中, 平板电脑产品一直存在暗态画面不均问题, 对产品良率的影响较大, 本文主要从产品设计、工艺参数调整、制程控制等方面进行研究, 分析产品暗态均匀性的影响因素。研究表明, 产品暗态均匀性主要受到暗态画面亮度和液晶显示器模组平坦度两个方面影响, 暗态画面亮度越低, 暗态均匀程度越好; 液晶显示器模组平坦度平坦度越好, 暗态均匀程度越好。结合实际生产, 通过这两个方面的改善, 探讨出一套暗态均匀性的管控改善方案, 有效地管控了暗态均匀性的程度。

Black nonuniformity is a serious defect in the production of TFT-LCD, especially for Tablet Personal Computer products. This paper analyzes the vital factors of affecting black uniformity from product design, process parameters and process control, and finds that it is affected by the black pattern brightness and Liquid Crystal Display Module flatness. The lower brightness of the black pattern, the better black uniformity will be. The better LCM fatness is, the better black uniformity will be. Combining with the production of TFT-LCD, a black uniformity control scheme is proved effectively, through reducing the brightness of black pattern and improving LCM flatness.
