HPLC-UV对人组织激态释放酶的测定方法研究
Determination of Recombinant Human Tissue Kallikrein by Using HPLC-UV
摘要
HPLC-UV结合的方法是一种灵敏度高、分辨率高的分离检测方法.本文利用HPLC-UV测定了人组织激肽释放酶的最大吸收波长,结果表明人组织激肽释放酶在200nm具有最大紫外吸收;并对昆虫细胞培养液中的人组织激肽释放酶进行定性检测,具有灵敏度高,所用的分析时间短等特点.
Abstract
HPLC-UV is a kind of detective method with high sensitivity and high resolving power. In this paper a method for determination of recombinant human tissue kallikrein in insect cells culture by using HPLC-UV was developed. The best UV absorbance for recombinant human tissue kallikrein is 200nm.
