研究了激光扫描显示(LSD)对视觉感知的一些重要影响。LSD可提供一种能对视觉系统产生特殊影响的高亮度单色图像。在受试者观看激光扫描显示或投影视频时,对其视觉调节进行了测量。单色显示器可能由于色适应对感知产生影响。在使用显示器之前和之后测试了受试者的色觉。当用激光扫描显示器时,发现视觉调节量不断增加,但影响的强度由显示器扫描速度来界定。调节方差的最大差异出现在处于低速扫描的视频显示器和激光扫描显示器之间。在一些受试者中,观看激光扫描显示还导致了可测的色觉变化。实验结果表明:观看激光扫描显示器会对视觉调节反应和色觉产生影响。
Abstract
Some important effects of viewing a laser scanned display (LSD) on visual perception was investigated. LSDs could provide a highly bright,monochromatic image which could have particular effects on the visual system. Participants accommodation was measured while they viewed an image on either a laser-scanned or video-projected display. Furthermore,monochromatic displays may affect perception as a result of chromatic adaptation. Color vision of participants was also assessed before and after using the displays. Increased variability of the level of accommodation was found when using the laser-scanned display,but the magnitude of the effect was mediated by how fast elements of the display were moving. The biggest difference in accommodative variance was between a video display with slow-speed scanning and an equivalent laser-scanned display. Viewing of the laser-scanned display also led to measurable changes in color perception in some participants. The experimental results showed that viewing a laser-scanned display affect the accommodation response and color perception.
