平视显示器视差自动测量系统的设计与实现
Design and Realization of an Automatic Parallax Measurement Apparatus for HUDs
摘要
针对平视显示器现场调试过程中视差检测存在主观性大、不易给出定量结果的问题,研制了一套用于平视显示器视差自动检测装置。本装置采用传统光学系统,利用CCD光电耦合器件将大视场平行光管分划像清晰成像,放入被测平显,再次将分划成像,并对此图像进行处理。通过自制计算软件,计算给出视差调节量,从而进行自动检测。利用这一装置与未采用自动对焦视差检测系统及摆头法3种方法进行测试对比。结果表明自动视差测量装置的检测精度最高,并具有良好的可重复性。整个系统的测量精度为28″。
Abstract
In debugging of HUDs, the parallax test is usually subjective and it is difficult to get a quantitative result.To solve the problem,a set of automatic parallax detection device was designed.Traditional optical system and CCD photoelectric converter were used in the device.Digital image processing technology of auto-focusing for optical system was used to realize automatic and digitalized parallax detection.Parallax measurements were made respectively using the designed automatic device, By manual testing, and without using the auto-focusing system.The result showed that the automatic parallax measurement device has the highest detection accuracy and good reproducibility.The measurement accuracy is 28″.
