紫外环形临边成像仪的信噪比模拟分析与验证

摘要
为了实现无转动光学系统 (或扫描部件)即可在 360°内一次凝视成像, 且满足紫外波段实时全景环形临边成像探测的要求, 本文提出了一种将全景成像系统应用到大气临边探测的光学系统设计。由于工作于紫外波段的特殊性, 仪器接收到的信号较微弱, 因此信噪比成为衡量紫外环形临边成像仪性能的重要指标。本文首先对紫外环形临边成像仪样机进行信噪比的模拟分析, 推导出信噪比模拟公式, 从理论上计算得出紫外环形成像仪的信噪比, 然后建立相应的试验装置加以验证, 试验结果与理论值基本符合, 证明了该模拟分析方法对于紫外环形临边成像仪的信噪比估测是可行的。
Abstract
A panoramic optical annular staring imaging sensor for atmospheric limb detection was presented, which could be used to image the surrounding 360°scene at one time without rotating the optical system and satisfy the application requirement. For the particularity of the wavelength band in Ultraviolet (UV), the signals accepted by the instrument are very weak. Signal-to-noise Ratio (SNR) is one of the key parameters to quantitatively evaluate the image quality, so the modeling analysis and measurement of SNR are important for developing UV panoramic limb imaging sensor. First, analyze the SNR model of the panoramic limb imaging sensor. And then deduce the SNR mathematical expressions. Finally, the SNR of the panoramic limb imaging sensor is theoretically evaluated and the coherent experiment is built to prove the result. The experimental results match the theoretical value well, which indicates that SNR modeling analysis method is feasible for UV panoramic limb imaging sensor.
