摘要
采用激光选区熔化成形技术制备了Ti-6Al-4V钛合金材料, 研究了Ti-6Al-4V成形态的组织特点, 并考察了退火处理对Ti-6Al-4V成形件显微组织及力学性能的影响。Ti-6Al-4V激光选区熔化成形试样的组织形态呈现沿堆积高度方向定向外延生长的粗大柱状晶组织, 晶内呈现典型的α+β板条组织。经退火处理后, 组织中α板条粗化, 成形试样的综合力学性能得到改善。
Abstract
Selective laser melting has been applied to fabricate Ti-6Al-4V alloy samples,whose microstructure evolution characteristic was analyzed.The influence of annealing treatment on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of deposited samples were investigated.The microstructure evolved as epitaxial growth coarser columnar β with Widmanstatten α+β structure along the deposite height direction.After annealing treatment,α laths structure had a tendency to coarsen and the comprehensive mechanical properties had been improved.
