目的：探讨Nd:YAG激光联合Er:YAG激光在阻生齿拔除术后进行处理与拔牙术后常规处理的疗效差异。方法：选取171例具有水平低位阻生智齿的患者，随机分配成术后Nd:YAG激光联合Er:YAG激光处理组、激光处理后加常规药物治疗组和术后常规处理组，第一组拔除智齿后用Er:YAG激光处理拔牙窝肉芽组织，Nd:YAG激光照射拔牙窝附近牙龈等软组织；第二组刮匙处理拔牙窝肉芽组织，术后常规服用消炎药；第三组在应用Er:YAG激光、Nd:YAG激光处理后配以消炎药常规治疗，分别对三组患者进行术后即刻反应情况、术后24、48、72 h、两周恢复情况进行观察。结果：术后即刻、24、48、72 h激光处理组与激光加常规药物组术后反应无明显差异，但两组术后反应均明显轻于常规处理组，差异显著。术后一周三组疗效无显著性差异。结论：阻生齿拔牙术后应用激光处理与常规处理的远期效果并无显著差异，但激光处理拔牙创后患者的术后反应明显减轻，恢复快，近期疗效好。因Nd:YAG激光与Er:YAG激光安全无副作用，在一些情况下可代替应用抗生素，减少副作用及耐药性，值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the difference of Curative effect between Nd:YAG laser jointing Er:YAG laser and conventional medical treatment on impacted tooth extraction. Methods：171 cases were randomly assigned into 3 groups, Nd:YAG laser jointing Er:YAG laser treatment group, laser and conventional medical treatment group, conventional medical treatment group. The immediately postoperative reaction,24 h postoperative reaction,48 h postoperative reaction,7 d postoperative result were compared. Results：The difference of immediately postoperative reaction、24 h、48 h postoperative reaction between laser treatment group and laser jointing conventional treatment group was not statistically significant, but both the two groups were much slighter than conventional treatment group，has significant differences. 7 d postoperative result of the 3 groups has no significant difference. Discussion: Compared with conventional treatment, laser treatment has slighterpostoperative reaction and faster recovery. Due to the Nd:YAG laser and Er:YAGlaser was safe without side effects, it can replace the use of antibiotics in some cases to reduce side effects and drug resistance, it is worth using widely.
