Interference of Micellization of SDBS/SHS on Quantitative Spectral Analysis of SDBS in Water Reduced by HP-β -CD

摘要
十六烷基磺酸钠(SHS)与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)之间的相互作用,导致SDBS/SHS 二元复配体系中SDBS组分的临界胶束浓度(CMC)发生显著变化。向SDBS/SHS 复配体系中添加相等物质的量(以SDBS 物质的量计)的羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)来降低SHS 对SDBS 检测光谱的干扰作用。结果表明,HP-β-CD 不仅具有增强SDBS荧光强度的作用,还可以显著降低SHS 对检测SDBS 产生的干扰影响。在SDBS/SHS 水溶液中,相比于形成胶束,SDBS 单体优先选择与HP-β-CD 形成包结物。Job′s 曲线表明SDBS 与HP-β-CD 按物质的量比1∶1 进行包结。加入与SDBS 相同物质的量的HP-β-CD 后,能显著降低SDBS/SHS 复配体系中胶束结构对SDBS 检测光谱的干扰。在临盘采油厂地层水水样中,该方法可以准确检测SDBS/SHS 复配体系中SDBS 的浓度(也适用于浓度大于CMC 的情况),SDBS 的回收率为101.4%~102.0%。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)及氢核磁共振(1H-NMR)分析表明,在SD ?BS/HP-β-CD 包结物中SDBS 分子的苯环基团更靠近HP-β-CD 分子宽口径端。
Abstract
The critical micelle concentration (CMC) values of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) in sodium hexadecyl sulfonate (SHS) and SDBS binary complex systems have shown significant changes because of the interaction between SDBS and SHS in aqueous solution. A method is developed to reduce the interference of the micellization of SDBS/SHS on quantitative spectrum analysis of SDBS by adding hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP- β-CD) with the same molar content as SDBS in the complex aqueous solution. The result shows that the fluorescence intensity of SDBS can be greatly increased with the presence of HP-β-CD, and the effect of SHS on determination of SDBS in their binary complex system is greatly reduced by adding HP-β-CD. In SDBS/SHS binary complex aqueous solution, it is shown that SDBS molecules are more likely to form inclusion complexes with HP-β-CD rather than micelles. The Job′s test indicates that the inclusion complex of SDBS and HP-β-CD can likely be formed with the molar ratio of 1∶1 in water. The interference of the micellization of SDBS/SHS on synchronous fluorescence spectrum quantitative determination of SDBS can be greatly reduced by adding HP-β-CD with the molar ratio of 1∶1. Thus the concentration of SDBS in water samples from Linpan oilfield can be detected by the synchronous fluorescence spectra in aqueous SDBS/SHS solution, and the recovery rate of SDBS is 101.4%~102.0%. The results of hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) show that the inclusion can be formed by the phenyl group of SDBS molecule close to the broad mouth of HP-b-CD molecule.
