OGS触控显示模组一体黑技术研究

摘要
OGS(One Glass solution)触控显示模组(Touch Panel LCD Module, TLCM)在关机状态下存在边缘黑色光阻(Black Matrix, BM)与可视区色差过大的问题, 外观不美观。本文基于此问题, 对TLCM的膜层结构进行研究, 分析出影响产品色偏的主要因素。首先, 利用光学模拟软件模拟不同叠层和膜层厚度的OGS色偏情况。接着, 根据模拟结果找出影响单体OGS色偏的主要叠层。然后, 参考模拟结果设计几十种不同膜层参数进行实验验证, 并结合设备测试和人眼判级找出最佳一体黑效果。结果表明: 在特定叠层结构中, 消影层(Index Match Film, IM)对一体黑效果影响最大, 其中有双消影层的样品可视区与BM区色差值约1 NBS, 单IM层的产品色差在3.7 NBS以上。
Abstract
OGS(One Glass solution) touch display module has Black Matrix(BM) on the edge in the off-state, and visual area color difference is obvious, the appearance is not beautiful. Based on this problem, we studied the film structure of capacitive touch display module, and analyzed the main factors which affect the color bias of the product. First, OGS color difference between different stacks and film thickness was simulated by optical simulation software. Then, based on the simulation results, the main stacks which affect the OGS color bias was found out. Dozens of different film parameters were designed for experimental verification by the simulation results. The best integrated black results were obtained by combining the equipment test results and human eye judgment. The results show that in a particular stack structure, the index match film (IM) has the greatest effect on the integrated black effect. The color difference is 0.63 NBS between the visible area and BM zone of the TLCM which has double IM. Single IM product color difference is above 3.7 NBS.
