红外焦平面器件对不同波长激光辐照的响应特性研究

摘要
为了有效地干扰红外焦平面探测器,需要研究在不同波长激光的辐照下该探测器的响应情况。本文采用四种波长的激光进行辐照实验。研究结果表明,探测器像元很容易达到饱和状态,器件的响应与光谱响应曲线基本吻合。结果验证了干扰效果与光谱响应曲线之间的关系,为中红外激光干扰提供了实验依据。最后对红外焦平面器件对波段内激光的响应机制进行了简要分析。
Abstract
To interfere with an infrared focal plane array (IRFPA) detector effectively, it is necessary to analyze the response of the device under the irradiation of different wavelength lasers. Four lasers with different wavelengths are used in an irradiation experiment. The experimental result shows that the detection elements in the device can reach their saturation states easily and the device’s response is in agreement with its spectral response curve. This has verified the relationship between the interference effect and the spectral response curve and provided the experimental basis for the middle infrared laser interference. Finally, the response mechanism of the infrared focal plane device to the laser irradiation in a given waveband is analyzed in brief.
