基于LabVIEW的激光脉冲波形测试系统
Development of Testing System for Wave Shape of Laser Pulse on LabVIEW
摘要
根据 ISO11554:2006提出的测量和分析方法, 利用 LabVIEW软件开发平台, 进行了激光脉冲波形的自动测试系统的研发, 对该系统的硬件系统、软件系统进行了详细论述。经试验验证, 各项设计要求均符合设计要求。
Abstract
A testing system for wave shape of laser pulse is developed on LabVIEW, with it's measurement method in accordance with ISO 11554:2006.The architecture of hardware and software is presented in the article in detail.
