摘要
针对现有机械切削加工领域刀具状态检测的现状, 对刀具状态接触式和非接触式检测进行了较详细的论述。针对刀具生产行业的刀具参数检测, 基于目前凭借工人的经验对刀口角等参数进行检测, 提出了两种实现刀口角激光自动检测系统的光路结构, 两种光路各具特点。两种激光自动检测系统装置简单, 易于实现刀口角的完全非接触式测量。
Abstract
For the status of cutting tool detection in the machinery cutting processing areas, the contact mode and the non-contactmode measurement for them are discussed in detail. For the cutting tool parameters detection in the cutting tool enterprise, thedetection of the knife -edge angle relies on the worker’s experience at present. Two kinds of light path structure for measuringautomatically knife-edge angle with laser is presented, and they have their own characteristics. The two automatic detection systembased on the light paths is simple, and easy to measure the knife-edge angle in the non-contact mode.
