基于多模干涉耦合器的阵列波导光栅设计研究

摘要
研究了基于多模干涉(MMI)耦合器的阵列波导光栅(AWG).通过模式传输分析方法,分析了多模干涉耦合器及阵列波导;并给出在硅基底上的二氧化硅波导上四通道100 GHz-AWG普通结构和紧凑结构的设计结果.
