添加固体润滑剂h-BN的钛合金激光熔覆γ-Ni基高温耐磨复合涂层研究

摘要
为了提高钛合金的摩擦学性能, 采用激光熔覆技术在Ti-6Al-4V合金基体表面制备了以“原位”生成TiB2、CrB、TiC等为增强相、γ-Ni基固溶体为增韧相及h-BN为润滑相的γ-Ni基高温自润滑复合涂层。采用 X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)分析了涂层的物相和显微组织, 在球-盘式高温摩擦磨损试验机上测试了不同温度下(室温、300、600 ℃)复合涂层的摩擦学性能。结果表明:激光熔覆制备的复合涂层与基体呈冶金结合, 该复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率都远低于Ti-6Al-4V基体;在高温600 ℃时, 复合涂层的磨损率和平均摩擦系数为5.13×10-5 mm3/Nm和0.184, 相对于钛合金基体分别降低了81.8%、38%, 表现出良好的高温自润滑耐磨性能。
Abstract
To improve the tribological property of titanium alloy, γ-Ni based high-temperature self-lubrication anti-resistance composite coatings composed of “in-situ” synthesized TiB2, CrB, TiC reinforcement, tough γ-Ni based solid solution and h-BN lubricating phase were fabricated on Ti-6Al-4V alloy by laser cladding technology. The constituents and microstructure of the fabricated coatings were examined by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)techniques, and the tribological properties were evaluated by a ball-on-disc tribometer under dry sliding wear test conditions at room-temperature, 300 ℃and 600 ℃, respectively. The results show that the bonding of the coatings to the substrates is completely metallurgical. The wear rates of the fabricated coatings were greatly decreased due to the effects of the dominating anti-wear capabilities of hard borides, carbides and the ductile γ-Ni based solid solution. Moreover, the wear rates and average friction coefficient of γ-Ni based composite coating were 5.13×10-5 mm3/Nm and 0.184 at 600 ℃, which were reduced by 81.8% and 38% compared to the substrate, respectively. It indicates that the composite coating has good friction-reducing and anti-wear capabilities at high temperature.
