5G: 从概念到试验

5G: From Vision to Field Trial

摘要
4G的快速部署和普及带来了移动互联网业务的空前繁荣, 在方便人们日常生活、改变人们行为习惯的同时, 也在激发着移动通信业务新的需求。面向2020年以后的移动通信技术的应用, 我们需要全新的一代移动通信系统--5G。本文从5G未来发展和应用的愿景出发, 全面揭示5G系统所需要具备的技术能力, 并结合一组关键的能力, 阐述了5G为了实现这些能力所需要的关键技术, 包括3D-MIMO、以用户为中心的网络、软件定义空口、网络自动化和基于SDN/NFV的网络切片。面向5G的商业部署部分, 介绍了全球各国政府和运营商的5G商用计划; 为了实现2020年的5G商用部署, 以中国移动的5G产业推进计划为例, 详细介绍了基于中国移动发布的5G试验技术要求,以及相应的5G外场试验演示和相应的测试结果。
Abstract
4G cultivates the user′s behavior of mobile traffic and creates new demands for next generation mobile network, which is termed as 5G. This article overviews the vision and requirements of 5G and defines a 5G system by a group of key performance indicators and essential technologies. Towards 5G′s commercial launch, the global operator′s 5G plan is also introduced. Targeting for 2020′s commercial launch, the 5G field trial and its test results are summarized in details.
