基于ARMV7构架的激光明渠流量计的设计

摘要
介绍了明渠堰槽流量的测量方法, 对流量计的硬件电路进行分析和设计, 在设计过程中阐述了激光测距传感器的基本工作原理、特点, 给出了系统的硬件设计原理图及程序设计方法。在采用DLS-A15型激光测距传感器进行测距时, 主控制芯片MB9AFB44L利用通讯模块向激光测距传感器发测距命令, 传感器接收此命令并对被测液面发射一束激光信号, 液面反射回来的激光信号被传感器转换为一序列号码, 然后再经过通讯模块返回给主控制芯片MB9AFB44L接收, 接收的正确数据即为激光测距传感器到液面之间的距离。实践表明, 该装置具有计量准确高、运行可靠、价格低廉等特点, 流量计采用接触式测量方法, 为工矿企业渠道污水排放的流量测量提供了方便。
Abstract
The flow measurement method of weir open ditch was introduced. Its hardware circuit was discussed and designed. In design process, the thesis expounds basic operation principle of distance laser sensor, characteristic, gives systematic hardware design schematic and means of program design. While adopts the model DLS-A15 distance laser sensor measures distance, computer sends order of measure distance to distance laser sensors with communication module, the sensor receives this order and sends a bunch of laser signal to the measured liquid, the liquid reflects laser signal and the laser signal is changed into serial numbers by the sensor, then the serial numbers return to master control chip MB9AFB44L by communication module. The correct data received by the chip is the distance between the liquid surface and laser sensor. The measure results show that the system can obtain high-precision, credibility and low lost. It provides convenient for the flow measurement of channel discharged sewage of the industry and mining enterprises using the non-touch method.
