一株红树内生真菌的形态学及28S rDNA序列鉴定
Morphological and 28S rDNA Sequence Identification of a Mangrove Endophytic Fungus
摘要
本文采用形态学方法, 并结合28S rDNA序列分析对分离自红树植物海马齿(Sesuvium portulacastrum)的1株内生真菌BY1进行鉴定。结果表明菌株BY1的菌落和显微形态与曲霉属典型特征相符, 其28S rDNA序列与矮棒曲霉(Aspergillus clavatonanicus NRRL 4741, 登录号AF459727.1)相似度达100%, 系统发育关系也显示其与矮棒曲霉(Aspergillus clavatonanicus NRRL 4741)亲缘关系最近, 位于同一分支。因此将菌株BY1鉴定为矮棒曲霉(Aspergillus clavatonanicus)。
Abstract
Mangrove endophytic fungus BY1 from mangrove plant Sesuvium portulacastrum was identified using traditional morphological identification combing with sequence analysis of 28S rDNA. Research results showed that the colony and microscopic morphology of the strain BY1 corresponded to the characteristics of Aspergillus sp., and the 28S rDNA sequence showed 100% homogeneous to Aspergillus clavatonanicus NRRL 4741. And the closest relationship was found between the strain BY1 and Aspergillus clavatonanicus NRRL 4741 and they were in the same clade according to the phylogenetic tree. Terefore the strain BY1 was determined to be Aspergillus clavatonanicus.
