新型船用电视跟踪仪系统设计

摘要
设计了一款新型船用电视跟踪仪系统。该系统的设计中,电视摄像机采用自主研制的宽动态透雾摄像机、宽动态图像传感器、模块化电视跟踪器,电视监视器为加固液晶屏。系统可以扩大探测距离、优化显示效果、简化操作流程和提高跟踪精度。在软件设计上本系统运用了自主研发的图像处理技术,使得电视跟踪仪系统具有更稳定、良好的图像采集、目标跟踪、综合显示、伺服控制等功能。此外,近红外/全光/可见光滤光镜组(工作波长0.4~1.1 μm)能够获得光谱各个波段的信息,可降低云雨和薄雾干扰。因此,该系统对于图像的跟踪、显示效果有较大的提高。
Abstract
A new ship TV tracker system was designed, in which the television camera used self-developed wide dynamic range cameras workable in fog,wide dynamic range image sensor and a modular television monitor, and the television monitor is a reinforced LCD. This system could expand detection distance,optimize display effect,simplify operation procedures and improve tracking accuracy. In the aspect of software,this system utilized the top-level image processing technology. By using this technology,this system show better performance in stable image acquisition,target tracking, comprehensive display, servo control, etc. Meanwhile,the near-infrared/all-optical/visible light filter group could obtain the information of each band and reduce the disturbance of rain and mist. In the conclusion,the system performance of image tracking and display effect was improved greatly.
