基于mini-bar的千瓦级光纤耦合模块
Fiber Coupling Module with Kilowatt-output Based on Mini-bars
摘要
应用ZEMAX光学设计软件对基于min-bar的半导体激光光纤耦合模块进行仿真模拟, 采用22只输出功率为60 W的mini-bar半导体激光器组成两列空间叠阵作为耦合光源, 通过准直、合束、聚焦等方法高效耦合进入芯径400 μm、数值孔径0.22的光纤, 输出功率可达1 200 W, 光纤耦合效率大于92%。
Abstract
The actual situation of fiber coupling diode laser module based on mini-bars was simulated by ZEMAX. Twenty two pieces of mini-bar with output power of 60 W were arranged in two stack arrays as laser source. The beam could be coupled into the fiber of 400 μm core diameter with 0.22 numerical aperture by collimating, combining and focusing. The output power of the fiber coupling module is more than 1 200 W, and the coupling efficiency is about 92%.
