红外单光子探测器暗计数的研究

摘要
分析暗计数的来源,讨论温度及门控模式下各种参数对暗计数的影响,提出减小暗计数的有效方法。太低的温度不利于暗计数的减小,而应根据不同的 APD选择合适的温度并与门控技术结合来消除暗计数。偏置电压的大小、门脉冲宽度和周期的选择对后脉冲的消除起着关键的作用。
Abstract
The origin of dark counts about single-photon detectors is analyzed. How the temperature and the gated-mode parameters influence the dark counts is discussed. Methods to reduce dark counts are put forward. It draws a conclusion that too low temperature is not beneficial for reducing dark counts. Therefore ,we should choose appropriate temperature and use gate-mode methods based on different devices to eliminate dark counts. How to choose the bias voltage, the width and the period of the gated pulse is very important.
