环境因素对单色红外LED器件探测性能影响分析

摘要
单色红外LED器件的发射功率受传输距离、光源工作电流及工作频率等因素的影响, 各因素均应视为非平稳变化的影响因素。通过实验标定和曲线拟合建立其影响模型, 可以进一步通过生物地理学优化算法进行多参量系统优化, 直接确定最佳参量条件。利用生物地理学优化算法是一种全局性优化算法, 极适合综合处理不同物理机制的各种外界因素变化对单色红外LED器件的发射功率的影响。该方法可以解决纸张水分测量技术的瓶颈问题, 提高其测量精度。
Abstract
The transmitting power of monochromatic infrared LED device is affected by such factors as transmission distance, operating current of light source and operating frequency, and all factors should be considered as the influencing factors of non-steady change. Through the experimental calibration and curve fitting to establish its impact model, we can further optimize the multi-parameter system through the biogeography optimization algorithm to directly determine the optimal parameter conditions. The use of biogeography optimization algorithm is a global optimization algorithm, which is very suitable for the comprehensive treatment of different physical mechanisms of various external factors on the monochromatic infrared LED device transmit power. The method can solve the bottleneck problem of paper moisture measurement technology and improve the measurement accuracy.
