采用正交柱透镜光栅实现集成成像的光学特性分析

Optical Properties Analysis of Orthogonal-Stacked Lenticular Sheets for Integral Imaging

摘要
对基于两片柱透镜光栅正交叠放的集成成像方法进行了光学特性分析和实验研究。分析了不同正交叠放的柱透镜光栅单元之间的几何光学特性的差异。对柱透镜光栅凸面对凸面的叠合方式进行了几何光学模型解析。运用光学仿真软件对正交叠放柱透镜光栅和微透镜阵列的光学成像特性进行了光学成像的模拟分析。通过电荷耦合元件(CCD)相机获取三维物体经过正交柱透镜光栅后的基元图像阵列,并根据柱透镜光栅的栅距对基元图像的尺寸进行配准,再用高分辨率激光打印机将基元图像阵列记录在相片纸上,并将其与正交柱透镜光栅进行精确位置匹配后,获得了具有全视差的立体成像效果。
Abstract
The method of using orthogonal-stacked lenticular sheets (OLSs) to simulate micro-lens array (MLA) is proposed, and the optical properties analysis and integral imaging experiments are carried out. The geometric optical properties of different orthogonal-stacking structures for two lenticular elements are analyzed. Geometric optical model analysis is proposed for two orthogonal-stacked lenticular lenslets by fitting convex surfaces together. The optical imaging effects of OLS and MLA are analyzed using optical simulation software. Elemental images arrays (EIAs) of three-dimensional (3D) objects are obtained by using CCD camera and OLS. The size of elemental image is adjusted to match the value of grating pitch of the lenticular sheet, and the EIA is printed onto photo paper using high resolution laser printer. The position of the printed EIA is accurately matched with the OLS. Experimental result shows that 3D image with full-parallax can be viewed from different angles.
