轨道车辆车体外形尺寸测量系统

Bodywork Dimension Measurement System Based on Linear-Structured Light

摘要
为了实现对轨道车辆车体自动化测量,提出了基于激光线结构光的车体外形宽度尺寸测量系统,并对系统的原理模型、图像处理方法、系统标定进行了研究,完成了实际车辆的现场测量实验,并进行试运行。测验结果表明: 单个相机在1 000 mm左右的测量范围内能达到±0.5 mm的精度,满足工业测量的高精度要求。
Abstract
In order to achieve the automated measurement of bodywork dimensions, the train bodywork dimension measurement system based on linear-structured laser light is proposed.And the principles of the system model, the image processing method, and the system calibration method are studied in details. The experimental results show that any camera in the systemcan reach the accuracy of ±0.5 mm in the measuring range of about 1 000 mm, so it can reach the high precision requirements of industrial measurement.
